Manchester Rescue Squad
The Manchester Rescue Squad is a regional non-for-profit organization serving the towns of Manchester, Dorset, East Dorset, Danby, Mt. Tabor, Rupert, East Rupert and Winhall. The Squad was originally formed in 1964, and with a current roster of full-time and per diem paid staff augmented by a contingency of dedicated volunteer members, provides paramedic-level services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Manchester Rescue Squad is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of members of the communities the Squad serves. The day-to-day running of the squad is the job of the Chief Operations Officer Michael Casey.
