Attendees: Doug Kilburn (acting chair), Lamber Zoller. Absent: Ivan Beattie.
Other Attendees: John O'Keefe (Town Manager), Dave Sheldon (Water Superintendent.
Kilburn called the meeting to order at 8:35AM.
Minutes from June 9, 2010
Zoller moved, seconded by Kilburn, to approve the minutes from June 9, 2010. Motion carried 2-0.
New Water Rates Effective October 1, 2010
The Board, O'Keefe and Sheldon discussed the proposed changes to the Water Department Regulations and associated new water rates.
The Board, O'Keefe and Sheldon discussed current capital projects, borrowing and the impact on water rates.
Zoller moved, seconded by Kilburn, to approve the change to the Regulations and the new water rates, effective October 1, 2010. Motion carried 2-0. (The approved amendment to Regulation is attached.)
Other Business
The Board discussed a proposed project on Jennifer Lane and the ongoing lawsuit with the Hayes estate.

At 9:40AM Zoller moved, seconded by Kilburn, to adjourn. Motion carried 2-0.
