Winter Carnival and Chili Challenge Next Week

The Manchester Parks and Recreation Department 2011 Winter Carnival is February 9 through 13. The Winter Carnival includes the 19th Annual Chili and Macaroni & Cheese Challenge and the Silent Auction at The Equinox Resort on Thursday, February 10 from 5:00 to 9:00PM.
